CVCAA is a community action agency serving 14 counties in West Texas. CVCAA offers services to low-income families and individuals to alleviate the pressure of poverty. CVCAA is part of a 30+ agency network in Texas, and a 1000+ network of agencies nation wide.

Community Action changes people’s lives, embodies the spirit of hope, improves communities, and makes America a better place to live.
